What you'll do:

You will monitor sales performance regularly, providing necessary follow-ups while adjusting strategies as required. Your ability to listen to field feedback will be crucial in conveying insights to management for continuous improvement. You will also conduct weekly training sessions with leaders on various topics such as product knowledge, marketing plans, and incentive programs. Furthermore, you will facilitate collaboration among different teams ensuring smooth operations.

• Monitor sales performance and recruitment metrics
• Provide regular follow-ups, track results, and adjust strategies as needed

• Facilitate collaboration among leaders and teams
• Address and resolve issues related to inventory management, backend systems, and other operational challenges

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or Education. Your ability to build relationships with people of diverse personalities across generations sets you apart from others. Residing in Kelantan Malaysia is essential for this role, as is the willingness to travel across the East Coast region. You are results-oriented with a strong sales drive. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to effectively manage people and present training sessions. Additionally, you are computer literate with basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
