Business Developer
Location: Glo Damansara, Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) MRT station.
Working hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Role Summary
You will grow our ESG consulting business by identifying and converting new leads, building partnerships, and strengthening our brand presence. This includes managing both inbound (SEO, content marketing) and outbound (prospecting, networking) efforts and collaborating with the consulting team to deliver compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Pipeline: Identify potential clients; refine inbound strategies (SEO, social media) and track conversion metrics.
• Partnerships & Networking: Identifies potential new clients, cultivates leads and expands relationships with existing clients.
• Proposal Development: Coordinate proposal writing and RFP responses, working closely with technical teams.
• Marketing & Outreach: Oversee email campaigns, public workshops, and brand-building initiatives.
• Collaboration & Analytics: Align with internal teams on service capacity and timelines; maintain a CRM to track leads, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience (consulting or sustainability background a plus).
• Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, email, social media) and basic analytics/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD) is advantageous.
