Job Description:
- Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice is followed in all areas of HR and compliance with labor laws & regulations and corporate policy.
- Able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters.
- Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to management team.
- Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Days: 5 Days / Week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Working Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR, experience as a HRBP will have added advantage.
- Working experience in express logistic or transportation industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory as the candidate is required to liaise and communicate with Mandarin Speaking stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of employee relations principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting investigations and resolving employee relations issues.
- Able to work under pressure.
