• Online Store Management

• Maintain,create and update product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, and stock availability).

• Monitor and manage online orders, payments, and deliveries.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds efficiently.

• Digital Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute Future online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).

• Manage and optimize social media and email marketing efforts.

• Analyze marketing performance and suggest improvements.

• Sales & Performance Analysis

• Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

• Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

• Generate sales reports and provide insights for management.

• Marketplace & Third-Party Platforms

• Manage sales on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.

• Ensure promotions, vouchers, and campaigns are well-planned.

• Maintain good seller ratings and reviews.

• Inventory & Stock Coordination

• Work with the warehouse team to ensure stock levels are updated.

• Coordinate with suppliers for restocking.

• Prevent overselling and stockouts.

• Product Development & Pricing Strategy

• Research market trends and competitor pricing.

• Assist in launching new products and promotions.

• Suggest pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.

Job Requirements

Experience in E-Commerce channel management including managing store, new listing and product research.Â
