We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to drive new business, targeting mid-sized to enterprise companies and connecting with decision-makers at all levels to deliver impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt for New Business: Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on mid-sized to enterprise clients
- Value-Based and Solution Selling: Use value-based and solution-selling methodologies to identify customer needs and position Cheqroom as the ultimate solution
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of short and long cycle prospects. Maintain hygiene and best practices. Follow the playbook and script, run tight cycles, and win
- Multi-Level Communication: Navigate conversations with stakeholders at all levels, from hands-on domain experts to IT executives and decision-makers, manage the buyer map drive urgency and consensus to bring in enterprise wide wins
- Present and Demonstrate: Deliver impactful software demonstrations and presentations, tailored to varying levels of technical expertise and organizational priorities
- Proactively Follow Up: Maintain consistent communication with prospects, ensuring every opportunity is nurtured and progressed effectively across 2 to 10 stakeholder deals.
- Build Relationships: Establish credibility, become the trusted advisor, and work clients through a consultative approach, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and positioning the right solutions for now and the future
- Collaborate: Work closely with customer experience, finance, marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve your goals and win as a team
- Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, high-energy fun start up environment
- Experience:
- 3+ years in IT sales or related fields (ITAM, PaaS, CMMS, Connected Devices)
- Proven success in B2B sales with mid-sized to enterprise clients
- Sales Expertise:
- Skilled in value-based and solution selling
- Comfortable with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Communication:
- Ability to connect with prospects across organizational levels, from technical specialists to executive leaders
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to engage audiences with varying technical expertise
- Personality:
- Self-starter with a proactive “hustle” approach to sales
- Resilient, competitive, and results-oriented, with a “work hard, play hard, I will find a way to win” mindset
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of IT and asset management industries
