Responsibilities
• Install software applications for customers and provide technical support.
• Train clients on product features and prepare documentation on software user guides.
• Develop software customization requests and perform software testing.
• Provide user support inquiries regarding Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues.
• Resolve customer's outstanding issues based on the ticketing system.
Requirements
• Diploma in an IT-related field.
• 1 year of working experience in the related field, L1 support.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in SQL commands and networking.
• Multitasking, fast learning, and prioritization skills.
