We’re looking for a social media wiz—someone who lives and breathes online culture, understands viral content, and can craft a strong, engaging voice for Wingmate across multiple platforms. This is an exciting CONTRACT opportunity.

We need someone who can create hype, drive viral marketing, and build a cult-like following for Wingmate. This isn’t just another social media role—it’s about owning the internet for our brand. You’ll be making TikToks that slap, Twitter threads that pop, Reddit comments that pull people in, and Discord discussions that keep users coming back. You should be able to jump into conversations, turn trends into brand moments, and build a community that loves Wingmate.

What You Will Get To Do

  • Create & execute a high-energy, viral-first organic social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and Discord
  • Stay ahead of trends and jump into conversations at the right time, making Wingmate a go-to brand for personal growth and AI-driven self-improvement
  • Engage deeply with online communities, commenting, and hyping up our audience daily
  • Own and grow our Reddit and Discord presence—moderate, seed conversations, create engaging threads, and turn passive followers into engaged fans
  • Ideate, script, and create viral videos (or work with creators) that are fun, shareable, and trend-worthy
  • Write killer copy for social posts, captions, and threads that hook people in and match Wingmate’s brand vibe
  • Experiment & optimize content to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness
  • Monitor performance using social analytics tools, learning from what works, and doubling down on successful tactics
  • Collaborate with influencers & creators to amplify our reach
  • Be the voice of Wingmate—someone who can mix humor, insight, and authority in a way that makes people want to follow us
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and product) to align social strategies with brand goals and help maintain a consistent voice & branding across all of our channels
