About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage key HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, and benefits. This role will be instrumental in attracting top talent, optimizing payroll processes, and ensuring competitive employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment operations OR compensation & benefits, with a strategic mindset to enhance overall HR efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain and improve employer branding to enhance talent attraction.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, improving retention and engagement.
OR
Compensation & Benefits (Payroll):
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct periodic benchmarking to ensure competitive salary and benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze and improve compensation frameworks to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with expertise in recruitment and compensation & benefits.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, payroll processing, OR talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in HRIS, payroll systems, or recruitment tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
