  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Collect, analyze and map business requirements to system functionalities, perform system prototyping involving system configuration and set-up, testing, programming, user training, documentation and implementations of systems solutions.
  • To assist in Command Centre’s rostering schedule, issue escalation and follow up to Application Analyst / Application Support Analyst and vendors.
  • To provide advise and resolve HIS/EMR related issues in promptly manner.
  • Establish and analyze on business processes and work flows that efficiently support business operations, based on the client’s processes and industry’s best practices.
  • May install new software and troubleshoot any problems related to performance of computer systems.
  • Expected to provide support 24/7 to users on HIS/EMR system modules, data interfaces and hospital departments’ workflows across different hospitals within Sunway Healthcare Group.

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or Bachelor of Allied Health Sciences or relevant qualification from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in end user management and exposure to business requirements gathering, analysis, process engineering and documentation.
  • Experience in hospital and clinical systems.
  • Knowledge in ICT Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Designs.
  • Customer centric person.
