As an Associate Product Manager, you will be an essential pillar in orchestrating the development and deployment of our AI Chatbot solutions. Your role will encompass a myriad of responsibilities including product design, project planning, team coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring the seamless progression from project initiation to completion. Your focus will be to steer the project team towards achieving strategic objectives while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Conversational Design: Lead the design and optimization of conversational flows for our AI chatbot, focusing on user engagement, task completion, and overall user satisfaction.
- Product Strategy: Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategies that align with company goals, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and content teams to ensure product features are implemented according to specifications and are delivered on time. Act as a point of contact for project team members.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability studies to gather insights on user needs and pain points, incorporating findings into chatbot design improvements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze chatbot performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and flow diagrams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and updates. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, software, or technology products, with a focus on project planning and management (outstanding fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and user experience design principles.
- Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
