Purpose of the Role:
The Brand Activation Manager will lead and execute strategies to drive disease awareness and
partnership programs in-line with brand’s overarching strategy.
Expectations of the Role:
- To develop and execute strategies aligned with the brands’ direction aiming to encourage and enhance patient-healthcare provider (HCP) path.
- To lead and track campaign executions across identified HCP partners in alignment with the brand priorities.
- To initiate activation program discussions with HCP partners to improve patient-HCP path and interactions.
- To establish and maintain strong relationship with identified HCP partners.
Key Challenges:
- To develop a patient activation strategy to encourage patient-HCP flow in a brand-new therapeutic area.
- To optimize marketing investments based on anticipated ROI/value/impact.
- To communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively with internal and external
- stakeholders.
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in science, marketing, business, or finance related.
- 4-6 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Advantage to Have:
- Project Management
- Strong Communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Ability to influence and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand and analyse financial data and business analytics.
- Previous experience with patient journey mapping, disease awareness campaign, social media campaigns or partnership programs with HCPs will be an added advantage
