We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to various challenging and impactful projects.

What You'll Do:

Application Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React and related technologies
• Implement scalable, modular, and performant frontend architectures tailored to different use cases
  
  

Feature Development

• Design and develop features that meet the diverse needs of our clients across industries
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs and optimize frontend performance for large datasets and complex workflows
  
  

User Experience Enhancement

• Address UX challenges to deliver intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Collaborate with designers to implement cohesive and visually engaging UI components
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and project planning sessions
• Contribute to team standards, best practices, and knowledge sharing
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience building React applications from scratch
• 3+ years of experience with NodeJS
• Ability to architect all components of back-end projects
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern React frameworks
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or React Hook Forms
• Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and working with complex datasets
  
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team
• Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced development environment
