Technical System Support
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
2. At least 1 – 2 years of experience in the IT field.
3. Work location: HQ Bawal Exclusive Puchong, Selangor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Website & Product Management (Shopify & Wix)
- Manage and update the company’s website.
- Ensure all products are listed correctly, attractively, and updated regularly.
- Communicate with the production team to get the latest updates on products and colors.
2. Data Entry & Inventory Management
- Input new item codes for products into the system.
- Update item codes for colors, scarf types, and other details.
- Maintain well-organized records and documentation related to product updates.
3. POS System Handling & Inquiries
- Manage and operate the POS System to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to any inquiries related to the POS System.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and maintaining the POS System when needed.
4. Communication & Collaboration with Related Teams
- Regularly liaise with the finance team to ensure data and operational alignment.
- Communicate with external vendors when necessary, regarding website management, POS System, or other requirements.
5. General Administrative Support & Future Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager and/or company representatives in executing tasks to ensure smooth operations at Bawal Exclusive, Puchong, Selangor.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
