Job Description

About the Role

As a REFASH Retail Partner, you will be at the forefront of managing our offline stores, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly. This role will also prepare you for future growth opportunities within the REFASH organisation, allowing you to shape the success of our stores through innovative sales strategies, team management, and strong business ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Operations

  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets, maximizing store revenue and profitability.
  • ⁠⁠Plan weekly/monthly offline sales campaigns and align with stakeholders across different functions i.e. Marketing, Creative, Procurement
  • ⁠Oversee the financial and sales performance of stores, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Implement offline business strategies in line with broader company objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Store Management & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain optimal store presentation through visual merchandising and strategic inventory placement.
  • ⁠Ensure Inventory procurement targets are met monthly.
  • Establish and uphold processes, sales, and service standards across offline retail locations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • ⁠Lead hiring, training, and scheduling for both full-time and part-time retail staff.
  • Conduct onboarding and training for new associates, fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, delegating tasks to ensure seamless store functionality.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, managing customer touchpoints such as cashiering and events.
  • Work closely with our Customer Experience team to provide customer support across various communication platforms (Email, Social Media, WhatsApp).
  • ⁠Manage relationships with sellers, including evaluating product drop-offs, negotiating offers, and resolving disputes.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, retail management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store performance.
  • Experience working in a multi-store or multi-location retail environment is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, including event planning and store launches.
  • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for lease and vendor management.
  • Leadership and team motivation capabilities to support ARP well-being and performance.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
  • Flexibility to work during store openings, events, and peak business periods.
