- Client Prospecting & Sales
- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Conducting needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals, liabilities, and protection needs.
- Recommending suitable life insurance plans, including term life, whole life, investment-linked, and takaful plans.
- Presenting policy details, explaining benefits, terms, and conditions in compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations.
- Handling objections and guiding clients to make informed insurance decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Assisting clients with policy renewals, updates, and premium payments.
- Providing financial planning advice and policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage as life circumstances change.
- Educating clients on riders, investment-linked options, and additional coverage benefits.
- Claims & Policy Servicing
- Guiding clients through the claims process in case of death, disability, or critical illness.
- Assisting in policy modifications such as beneficiary updates or premium adjustments.
- Handling policy cancellations or conversions as per client requests.
- Compliance & Professional Development
- Adhering to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM) regulations.
- Ensuring all sales practices align with the Financial Services Act 2013 and Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (for takaful).
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, tax benefits, and market trends.
- Attending continuous professional development (CPD) training and obtaining necessary certifications such as Pre-Contract Examination for Insurance Agents (PCEIA) and Investment-Linked Life Insurance (ILP) certification.
- Business Development & Marketing
- Organizing financial literacy talks, roadshows, and seminars to educate the public.
- Leveraging digital marketing, social media, and online platforms to attract new clients.
- Developing strategic partnerships with businesses, professionals, or financial planners for referrals.
- Malaysian Citizenship
- STPM/Diploma/Degree.
- SPM (min 5 subject PASS - Bahasa Malaysia Compulsory PASS)
- Good communication skills
- Can work in a team
- Got driving license
- Got transportation
- Training provided
- Income with no limit
- Commission paid 6 years for 1 sale
