- Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable & receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions (SST, GST, etc.).
- Monitor company expenses, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee claims.
- Support management with financial analysis and insights.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reporting and monthly GTO reporting.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards & taxation.
- Skills required: Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Negotiation skills, Communication skills, Client relationship management, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Technical Knowledge
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
