- To resolve enquiries from Company and Agent.
- Organized, reply and response appropriately to emails, memos and normal correspondences, etc.
- Ensure timely feedback/updates/respond and follow-ups on issue presented.
- To assist in preparation of presentation materials.
- Establish and manage proper record and documents filing and retrievable system (both hard & soft copy)
- Administration duties including helping on claim handling, verification and follow-ups.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / Fresh Graduates.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Required Language(s) : Bahasa / English / Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possesses good problem solving skills and able to multi-task.
- Savvy in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
