  • To resolve enquiries from Company and Agent.
  • Organized, reply and response appropriately to emails, memos and normal correspondences, etc.
  • Ensure timely feedback/updates/respond and follow-ups on issue presented.
  • To assist in preparation of presentation materials.
  • Establish and manage proper record and documents filing and retrievable system (both hard & soft copy)
  • Administration duties including helping on claim handling, verification and follow-ups.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / Fresh Graduates.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Required Language(s) : Bahasa / English / Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with people.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possesses good problem solving skills and able to multi-task.
  • Savvy in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
