- Identify key market segments and potential clients for roofing projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their roofing repair needs.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
- Address client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
Quotation and Proposal Development
- Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations and proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project requirements.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on roofing or construction projects.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
