Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote roofing repair services.
  • Identify key market segments and potential clients for roofing projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their roofing repair needs.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.

Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

Quotation and Proposal Development

  • Prepare accurate and competitive project quotations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposals align with project requirements.

Sales Reporting

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on roofing or construction projects.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
