As a Product Manager II, you will be responsible for building and optimizing products that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and improve liquidity across Mudah Marketplace. Your focus will be on removing friction in the buying and selling journey, improving discoverability, strengthening user trust, and increasing transaction success.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, data, and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions that scale across Mudah’s marketplace. This role requires strong execution capabilities, analytical rigor, and deep user empathy to create a seamless, high-value experience for millions of users.

- Drive Marketplace-Wide Growth: Own and deliver product initiatives that optimize marketplace liquidity, supply-demand dynamics, and overall engagement.
- Improve Search & Discovery: Enhance listing visibility, ranking algorithms, and recommendation systems to improve user navigation and conversion rates.
- Strengthen Buyer & Seller Experience: Build intuitive tools and workflows that improve listing success, transaction efficiency, and user interactions.
- Enhance Trust & Safety: Work on identity verification, fraud prevention, and listing quality improvements to create a safer and more reliable marketplace.
- Leverage Data & Experimentation: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and optimize features for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to align initiatives with Mudah’s long-term goals.
- Measure & Iterate: Define clear KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine strategies to improve marketplace efficiency and user satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management or related fields, with a strong track record of shipping impactful initiatives.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, deliver on tight deadlines, and achieve measurable results.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data and analytics to guide decision-making and define success metrics.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for user needs and the ability to translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Trust & Safety (Bonus): Familiarity with fraud detection, identity verification, or marketplace content moderation is a plus.
