Job Responsibility
- Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.
- Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
- Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.
- To establish strong presence of LEVOIT (powered by DASHER) branding and provide high quality services to customer
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to work 4-Day a week, shift rotation, 10am to 10pm
- Assist customers enquiry, introduce our product to walk in customers
