  • To manage foreign worker affairs such as new application, fomema, renewal, rehiring, recab, special pass, COM and cancellation of work permit.
  • Responsible in passport renewal.
  • To manage and bring worker to foreign embassy for passport matters.
  • Liaise with Myeg, Immigration (JIM), Fomema and Foreign Embassy.
  • Process the application of air ticket and to arrange workers go back to their country.
  • Supervising and monitoring security guard reports and complaints, and conducting counseling session.
  • Monitor and upkeep building, liaise with the maintenance and others contractor for repairing.
  • Arranged and monitoring Gotong - Royong monthly basis.
  • Handling tenancy agreement for hostel and canteen.
  • Send workers to clinic or hospital when necessary.
  • To handle administrative works & HR related matters.
  • SPM or above.
  • Able to speak in English
  • At least 2 to 3 years HR experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
