What will you do

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Indonesia, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships to drive client retention and renewal.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI metrics, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize chatbot flows, messaging strategies, and platform adoption.
  • Upselling & Revenue Growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Educate clients on new features and updates to enhance their use of WhatsApp Business.

What skills and experience you will need?

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of chat solutions or MarTech platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in customer engagement strategies and platform analytics.
