Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SME Relationship Manager located in Kota Kinabalu. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises, providing financial advice and solutions, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Experience in financial advisory for SMEs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
