- Assisting with the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, assist in arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
- Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Assist in maintaining daily records of HACCP standard
- Assist in attending to customer audits and inquiries
- Assist in employee relations matters and addressing any concerns or grievances
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization to ensure efficient record-keeping
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the overall business objectives
- At least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and written in English and Mandarin.
