  • Assisting with the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applications, assist in arranging interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Administering employee records, benefits, and payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Assist in maintaining daily records of HACCP standard
  • Assist in attending to customer audits and inquiries
  • Assist in employee relations matters and addressing any concerns or grievances
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization to ensure efficient record-keeping

  • At least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and written in English and Mandarin.
