As our new Business Development Manager for Cloud Solutions, you will join our skilled Sales Team in Malaysia, taking accountability for expanding Crayon's services business in the region. Your primary focus will be to prospect, identify, and qualify leads for Crayon’s cloud products and solutions. You will also build and manage lasting relationships with customers and partners while developing deep knowledge of the Malaysian market, mapping Crayon's capabilities, and crafting a winning market strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by hunting, identifying, and qualifying leads for Crayon’s offerings, positioning Crayon as the top choice for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships while driving new business across Managed Services, including SCA, Modern Workplace, Security, Cloud, IT Support, and Change Management.
  • Work on high-value deals and collaborate across a broad ecosystem of experts in data, AI, cloud, and IT optimization.
  • Understand P&L dynamics, cloud and security commercial structures, profitability, and costs.

Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within technology or data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and its tools, including Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.
  • Proven experience drafting IT commercial proposals and presenting them to executive sponsors.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams on delivery, project, and implementation plans in cloud-based environments.
