  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Test Engineer - Client Applications (Map SDK)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Full Process Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring the overall quality of map products throughout the entire process, including requirements analysis, test case design, and iterative quality management.
  2. Test Plan and Tool Development: Collaborate in designing comprehensive test plans and developing testing tools for the Map SDK product to support effective testing processes.
  3. In-Depth Testing: Conduct thorough testing of map and navigation features, including functional, performance, and compatibility testing. Develop efficient and effective testing solutions to ensure product quality.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined and met, and that issues are resolved promptly.
  5. Test Process Improvement: Continuously optimize testing processes, refine quality standards, and contribute to the improvement of team efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Defect Tracking and Reporting: Regularly generate and maintain test reports, track defects, analyze test results, and ensure that issues are properly documented and resolved.

Job Requirements:

  1. Map SDK / App Testing Experience: Familiar with map SDK or mobile app testing methodologies and capable of efficiently identifying and diagnosing system issues through unit testing, interface testing, performance testing, etc.
  2. Programming Skills: Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C, and capable of writing automation scripts and debugging code.
  3. Testing Tools Proficiency: Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Appium, Selenium) and the ability to select and implement the appropriate tool for specific project needs.
  4. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze issues, debug complex systems, and propose effective solutions to problems.
  5. Teamwork and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to share technical information clearly and concisely.
  6. Detail-Oriented and Responsible: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, even under pressure.
  7. Preferred Experience:
  8. Experience with automation testing and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices.
  9. Background in user experience (UX) testing for map products or related domains.
  10. Familiarity with code review processes or providing technical guidance to peers is a plus.
