  • Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal accounting policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with audits and financial reviews.
  • Manage petty cash and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
