Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between Korean-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Korean and English.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both Korean and English.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with presentations and materials for meetings.

Office Management:

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Cultural Liaison:

  • Bridge cultural gaps between Korean and non-Korean stakeholders.
  • Provide insights into Korean business etiquette and practices.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in Korean and English: Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages at a professional level.
  • Translation Skills: Ability to accurately translate documents, emails, and conversations between Korean and English.
  • Interpretation Skills: Capable of interpreting during meetings or calls, if required
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Office Tools: Familiarity with office management software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
Soft Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
