Administrative Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between Korean-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Korean and English.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both Korean and English.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with presentations and materials for meetings.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Cultural Liaison:
- Bridge cultural gaps between Korean and non-Korean stakeholders.
- Provide insights into Korean business etiquette and practices.
Additional Duties:
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Korean and English: Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages at a professional level.
- Translation Skills: Ability to accurately translate documents, emails, and conversations between Korean and English.
- Interpretation Skills: Capable of interpreting during meetings or calls, if required
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Office Tools: Familiarity with office management software, scheduling tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
- Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
