  • Greet clients and visitors as they arrive at the Pilates studio.
  • Answer phone calls/WhatsApp messages and respond to inquiries about class schedules, pricing, and services.
  • Assist clients in booking classes, purchasing memberships, or signing up for special events.
  • Schedule appointments for classes or private sessions.
  • Maintain and manage the check-in/check-out process for clients.
  • Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle client bookings and cancellations.
  • Process payments and maintain financial records, such as invoices and receipts.
  • Assist in managing inventory, such as Pilates equipment, mats and merchandise.
  • Ensure that client records (such as contact details and fitness progress) are up to-date and securely stored.
  • Provide support for marketing activities like maintaining mailing lists or distributing promotional materials.

Customer Service:

  • Address any client concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer queries regarding classes, instructors, or studio policies.
  • Offer a positive and motivating environment for clients, making them feel welcomed and supported.

Miscellaneous Admin Tasks:

  • Assist in handling staff schedules and coordinating with instructors.
  • Support any HR-related tasks, such as managing payroll or employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with studio policies and procedures, especially concerning health and safety standards.
  • Education : Certificates / Vocational / Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Language : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Customer Service: Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact with clients efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and keep the studio running smoothly.
  • Basic Administrative Skills: Proficiency in software like MS Office or specific scheduling and booking systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing schedules, payments, and client records.
  • Fitness Knowledge: Familiarity with Pilates or fitness terminology is a bonus but not always required.
  • Pleasant Looking, Warm Personality, Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to meet deadlines with right sense of urgency.
