Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Insights & Business Optimization

  • Assist in developing data-driven business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Data-Driven Decision Support

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

  • Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and presentations for leadership.

  • Serve as a point of contact for market research, competitive analysis, and operational recommendations.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or process optimization (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or finance-related industries).
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
  • Deep understanding of business processes, revenue optimization, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
