  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Reports to: Head of Retail Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Update sales and closing stocks for all outlets.

• Update outlets monthly & yearly budget.

• Create Purchase Requisition Form for any services request from Retail Operations Department and retail outlets, e.g. request stationaries, paper bags etc

• Prepare management report on a monthly basis.

• Draft and issue memo to outlets, if there is any amendment to department policy & SOP

• Maintain and renew licenses for all outlets, including sales license, music license (Spotify(, city council license.

• Assist outlets opening, including request equipment purchase & account registration

• Participate & support in all outlets events, as and when needed

• Prepare monthly commission estimation report to Finance

• Maintain communication between outlets, Merchandising Department, Finance Department, Brand Department when necessary.

• Maintain continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management.

• Ensure smooth functionality at Malaysia & Singapore outlets

• Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Retail Management, Business or any related field.

• Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply.

• Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

• Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.

• Positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

• Willing to work in Damansara Heights.
