Job Description
- Responsible on administrative services for operations.
- Handle all billing and payment of operation utilities and purchases.
- Communicate with IT department on all technology related operation office equipment matters.
- Manage documentations with vendors, service providers, and customers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Perform tasks and assignments as assigned by superior.
- Handle record-keeping and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Job Requirement
- Diploma / Degree student in the relevant field of study.
- Internship period for 3 months (able to start in March/ April / May 2025).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude with willing to learn mindset.
Contract length: 3 months
Allowance: RM 800.00
