
Recruitment Manager
1.To develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and workforce.
2. Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
3.Lead the selection process, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best-fit
candidates are identified.
4.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media,
industry, networks, and referrals.
5.Create compelling job postings and manage advertising campaigns to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
6.Implement tools and methodologies to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit within the organization.
7.Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best
practices in recruitment.
8.Track and analyse recruitment data, evaluate recruitment performance, and develop improvement plans.
9.Enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation in the industry.
10. Monitor all recruitment process and ensure adherence to local, state and federal regulations, as well as internal hiring policies
and procedures.
11. Responsible for candidate screening and evaluation and by developing and administer assessment tools to evaluate
candidate capabilities.

13. Lead and supervise a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing coaching, and performance feedback.
14. Develop and maintain a high-performing recruitment team culture.
15. Data analysis and reporting by track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
16. Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
17. Manage recruitment budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness.
18. Perform ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior / management as well from the holding company in Japan
from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,300.00 - RM6,300.00 per month
