Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition - Malaysia
Job Description
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
* Utilize various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
* Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
* Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed.
* Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
* Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Requirements:
* Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles
* (i) Strong sourcing ability (ii)GenAI skill (able to utilize or implement AI tools to increase work efficiency) with (iii)Basic HR knowledge
* Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.
* Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication & identifying talents.
* Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
* Experience in utilising ATS systems.
