  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and allocate daily manpower schedules, ensuring effective task distribution and monitoring of mold changes.
  • Request materials and ensure the proper operational condition of equipment, tools, and materials (e.g., welding sets, hammers, etc.) on the production floor.
  • Receive and review drawings, and coordinate with the planner for alignment.
  • Ensure that cutting, fitting, and welding processes meet drawing specifications.
  • Compile and submit daily timesheets and progress reports.
  • Conduct weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings with the team.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Report any accidents immediately to the safety department and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in welding or related field.
  • Experience in precast concrete production and the ability to read and interpret precast drawings.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts as needed.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Looking for a long-term career with growth opportunities.
  • Immediate availability or within 1 month.
