REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as F&B Supervisor or any related position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aligns Food and Beverage activities with corporate strategies and ensures implementation of hotel actions.
- Updates departmental manuals and facilitates effective communication meetings.
- Monitors service quality and collaborates with chefs and managers to address issues.
- Conducts inspections of F&B operations and ensures fresh ingredients are used.
- Provides creative suggestions to chefs and assists with inventory checks.
- Coordinates with the Kitchen, Beverage, and Housekeeping teams to maintain quality and cleanliness.
- Help with placing orders, buying, and stocking food and beverage items.
- Work together to find and try out new menu items and goods.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
