Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chef to join our team and contribute to the development and production of premium ready-to-eat meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, experience in food production, and a strong understanding of food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine recipes for ready-to-eat meals that meet quality, safety, and taste standards.
  • Oversee the preparation and production process, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards in cold chain and food safety management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Halal food production requirements.
  • Innovate new meal concepts and solutions that align with consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure cost-effective usage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and production areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in food manufacturing or large-scale meal production.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, cold chain management, and Halal certification processes.
  • Creative and passionate about developing high-quality meals.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is an advantage.
