  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose

Responsible for designing and implementing system integrations to ensure smooth

data flow and connectivity between applications. This role involves gathering requirements, developing

integration solutions, and working with teams to enhance system performance. The analyst will also support

application development by ensuring systems meet business needs, follow best practices, and comply with

security standards. With expertise in APIs and middleware, the analyst will troubleshoot issues, optimize

workflows, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to design system integration solutions.

- Develop, test, and implement APIs, middleware, and other integration components.

- Ensure seamless data exchange between applications within the IT ecosystem.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to optimize system performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability.

- Document system architecture, integration processes, and technical specifications.

- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and industry standards.

- Support application development by aligning system designs with business needs.

- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and best practices.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in system analysis, integration, and application development.

- Hands-on experience with API development, middleware, and system integration tools.

- Strong knowledge of data exchange formats such as JSON, XML, and SOAP.

- Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and query optimization.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, microservices, and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

- Knowledge of security standards and compliance in system integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
