Model Fine-tuning and Optimization: Work on fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs, adapting them to specific tasks, and improving their performance and response quality.
Data Preparation & Preprocessing: Prepare datasets, clean and preprocess data, and work with structured and unstructured data sources to train and test AI models.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the AI models integrate effectively with the company's products and platforms.
Maintain and Monitor AI Models: Regularly monitor the performance of deployed AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements to ensure optimal functioning.
Stay Updated with AI Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, and bring new ideas and methods to improve the company's AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Assist in developing, training, and deploying AI-powered models, particularly large language models (LLMs), to solve business problems and enhance user experiences.Chatbot Development: Design, build, and optimize AI-powered chatbots and conversational agents for various use cases, including customer support, automation, and data collection.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience:

- Practical experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining chatbots or conversational agents.
- Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) tasks such as text generation, classification, entity recognition, and language understanding.

- Proficiency in Python and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Chatbot Frameworks: Experience using frameworks like Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning: Understanding of reinforcement learning principles, especially in the context of improving chatbot interactions and learning from user feedback.
- Knowledge of NLP Libraries & Tools: Proficiency in tools such as spaCy, NLTK, and others for text processing and NLP tasks.
- Understanding of AI Ethics: Awareness of ethical considerations in AI, particularly in conversational AI and chatbot implementations.
