- Responsible for the governance and overall program management of Managed Security Services Delivery Excellence
- Support /Implement Managed Security Services initiatives
- Provide guidance to the leads and escalate to leadership as appropriate
- Participate in weekly portfolio review with Managed Security Services leadership calls

- Ensure the Managed Security Services Delivery team is trained and have the relevant skills to perform the day to day activities
- Facilitate Client Team Satisfaction Survey and publish the result to the leadership periodically received from delivery teams
- Program manage the internal reviews planned for Managed Security Services
- Conduct weekly calls and report to management on the delivery & operational related issues
- Provide support / input to weekly and / or monthly review meetings
- Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across Managed Security Services
- Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues identified during internal reviews
- Review project processes and key deliverables, as part of organization’s delivery excellence program and coach projects on resolving the review gaps for greater delivery excellence
- At least 5+ years of experience in managing and overseeing security delivery programs, preferably done Security Operations Centre (SOC) set up and led SOC 24x7 operations,
- Skills in threat monitoring, incident triaging, and incident response and recovery
- Strong experience in Splunk or Google Chronicle, with knowledge in any SOAR technology
