Your key responsibilities:
Capability Development:
- Provide hands on guidance and coaching to sustainability teams as part of the deployment of regional action plans and roadmaps.
- Responsible for training on sustainability topics in the region and lead in ‘train the trainer’ initiatives.
- Responsible for developing a talent pipeline for sustainability.
- For the more senior position, lead the development and implementation of Sustainability Skills Academy for deployment across Asia Pacific in close collaboration with Human Resource and Group Sustainability.
Communication and Market Relations:
- Lead sustainability related communication with all levels of the organization, including any visualization boards in close collaboration with Corporate Communications and Group Sustainability.
- Assist the Sustainability team in planning, execution and engagement for summits, forums, conferences and such like events.
- For the more senior position, provide a coordination point for external related requests from, for example, customers and liaising with Group Sustainability on market relations topics.
Sustainability Development and Projects:
- Carry out specific sustainability related projects and tasks in connection with Asia Pacific Sustainability roadmap and action plan.
- Assist the Director of Sustainability Excellence and Sustainability team in the execution of data analysis and preparation, program cadence, events, communication etc.
- Provide subject matter expertise in specific topics.
- Conduct research on behalf of country coordinators, workstream leads and the wider sustainability network.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field, preferably in sustainability related with at least 1-3 years of work experience.
- Able to work in a cross-country environment regionally, lead and influence team in a matrix environment.
- Well organized process thinkers and hands-on person to get things done.
- Able to work independently, without close supervision.
- Experience in sustainability role is preferred.
