As an Engineer - Equipment at B. Braun you will play a vital role in….

  • Conduct troubleshooting of equipment failure on production lines.
  • Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences in order to improve efficiency.
  • Document standard operating procedures, training and certification specifications as well as causes of equipment failure.
  • The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

What you will bring to the team:


  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics) with 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in a medical company is highly advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, with practical experience in identifying current problems and providing solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustaining and improving existing processes and machinery.
  • Competent in engineering documentation, including change control, validation, and engineering reports, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Good understanding of quality control tools such as fishbone diagrams and the 5 Whys.
  • Experience conducting machine buy-offs with vendors.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead improvement and engineering projects.
