Your key responsibilities:
To roll-out business application projects in B. Braun companies and to implement SAP change request to fulfil new/change of business requirement or further optimization of business processes
Work with various business units or departments to collect and analyze Business Requirement, identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions which comply with global standards. If program development are required, required to prepare comprehensive functional specification to enable developer to develop the program. Perform system and user testing to ensure met the required deliverables and ensure project / change request are successfully implemented with very minimal issues.
Plays the role of 2nd level support to resolve or support incidents raise by users.
Act as in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business department whenever required.
To provide training, coaching, sharing expertise or knowledge transfer whenever necessary to project team, business users, 1st level support , external partners or internal IT engineers whenever required
Occasionally may need to travel or work abroad on certain duration whenever required depends on project or assignment requirements.
SAP engineer who have sufficient knowledge, experience in project management and skillset may play the role of project managers whenever required
Adhere to B. Braun standard operating procedure and whenever required , to support or participate during system audit .
Prepare necessary system change request documentation base on B. Braun global guidelines for the purpose of system validation.
To meet the required target for projects involved , support IT management in achieving IT department KPI and whenever required to participate in activities which streamline process and achieve operational excellence.
To keep abreast of new technology and applications whenever required.
To support or participate in system audit whenever required.
What you will bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development
Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language
Experience with object-oriented programming, ABAP Objects, and ABAP Workbench (e.g. Data Dictionary, Reporting, Forms, HANA DB, BAPI Development, IDOC Processing, Workflow Development, Enhancement, Interface, Debugging, BTP, Performance Tuning etc.)
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, S/4 HANA, Business Object and SAPUI5 is an added advantage.
