
Facilities Management Executive
Job Summary:
The Facility Management Executive is responsible for managing rental renewals, license renewals, tenancy agreements, and all facility-related operations. Coordinates with landlords, tenants, and relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Rental & Tenancy Management:
· Handle rental renewals, lease negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
· Liaise with landlords, tenants, and legal advisors to ensure compliance with contract terms.
· Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, rental payments, and renewal schedules.
· Monitor rental market trends to ensure competitive leasing strategies.
2. License & Regulatory Compliance:
· Manage the renewal of all business-related licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
· Ensure compliance with local government and regulatory bodies regarding facility licenses.
· Coordinate with legal, lease and finance teams to track renewal deadlines and avoid penalties.
3. Budget & Cost Control:
· Assist in budgeting and cost optimization for rental, licenses, and facility-related expenses.
· Monitor and negotiate lease and maintenance costs to achieve cost efficiency.
4. Documentation & Record Management:
· Maintain proper documentation of rental agreements, tenancy renewals, and license records.
· Ensure timely updates and renewals of all facility-related contracts and legal documents.
5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
· Engage with property managers, landlords, regulatory authorities, and service providers.
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in facility management, leasing, or contract administration.
· Strong knowledge of tenancy agreements, lease negotiations, and regulatory compliance.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software (if applicable).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
