Job Title: Social Engagement and Community Manager

Location: Babel Group, Fitness and Wellness Sanctuary.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a vibrant community atmosphere both online and in-person.
  • Engage with members and potential clients on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and supportive manner.
  • Organize and coordinate community events such as workshops, meet-ups, and live sessions to enhance member interaction and satisfaction.

Content Creation:

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to resonate with our fitness and wellness community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone and message across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

Brand Advocacy:

  • Cultivate new and manage existing relationships with influencers and key community advocates.
  • Identify and engage with community and brand advocates to expand brand visibility and enhance member loyalty.
  • Act as a public-facing representative of Babel Group at events, fostering community relations.

Feedback and Insights:

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from community and social media platforms.
  • Leverage insights gained from social media monitoring to inform company strategies and product or service adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to track and analyze community engagement metrics and their impact on overall business goals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of cross-functional projects that meet business objectives.
  • Provide insights to the team on community feedback to guide the development of new promotions or programs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness, with a keen interest in promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
