  • Attend and prepare employees' SOCSO matters and file reports of accidents and injuries at the establishment. Submit the documents to SOCSO monthly basis.
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR functions that include, but are not limited to, the administration of all statutory requirements i.e. Labour Office, IR Dept. and Foreign Worker Issues.
  • Manage employee’s insurance matters - Personal Accident, Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance, and Workmen Compensation insurance.
  • Keep updating the Employee Master List on contract renewal, retirement, and confirmation and evaluation for staff as well as distribute it before the due date in SAP Success Factors.
  • Processing the resignation including issuance of acceptance letters after confirming the resignation notice period, leave balance etc
  • Obtain the Manager’s approval before issuing directives or memorandums on any issues.
  • To monitor incoming letters and prepare all HR-related letters e.g. Concern letters, temporary secondment letters, internal transfers letters, resignation letters, and sales commission letters.
  • Filing and maintaining records for use in employee benefits administration, Compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration.
  • Handle leave administration i.e. check validity of medical certificates, verification numbers of days and ensure submission to payroll.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
