Job Summary:
The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer service and repair needs efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This includes handling service appointments, coordinating with technicians, promoting service and parts sales, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Job Description:
- Attend to customer daily service & repair needs in compliance with 10 service steps.
- Registration and control of service appointments.
- Promoting service and parts sales.
- Execution of customer satisfaction index-related duties and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with technicians on work progress status & inform customers of any delays accordingly.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct a 1-day-before appointment reminder to customers.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups with customers to measure satisfaction and take improvement actions.
- Ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
- Ensure workshop 5S is implemented on a daily basis.
- Support any additional tasks required by the superior.
Requirement:
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (automotive service industry preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
- Ability to coordinate between customers and workshop teams efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant service management systems.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
