Summary
- GIB Product Packaging (Financing Program) : Oversee the development and execution of financing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Portfolio Management: Conduct periodic reviews of financing assets, analyzing key metrics to assess performance, identify risks, and recommend strategic actions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance financing solutions for portfolio growth.
- Operational Excellence & Governance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah principles while optimizing processes for efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
- GIB Product Packaging (Financing Program)
- Develop, structure, and enhance product packaging (financing programs) tailored to market demands and customer needs.
- Ensure product frameworks align with business strategies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah principles.
- Identify opportunities for new financing solutions and enhancements to existing programs or product offerings.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Management, and Risk Management teams to ensure smooth implementation of financing programs.
- Monitor the performance of financing programs and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Portfolio Management
- Conduct regular reviews of financing assets under the division to assess portfolio health, identify risks, and recommend strategic actions.
- Analyze key portfolio metrics, such as asset quality, concentration risk, sectoral exposure, and delinquency trends.
- Implement early warning indicators and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard portfolio performance.
- Work with Credit and Risk Management teams to enhance portfolio oversight and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide management reports on portfolio performance, trends, and key action plans for continuous improvement.
- Credit Transformation
- Drive initiatives to enhance credit assessment, approval, account management and monitoring processes.
- Align credit policies and underwriting standards with evolving regulatory and market requirements.
- Foster a culture of credit excellence by enhancing capabilities, training, and engagement across business units.
- Stakeholders’ Engagement
a) Engage and foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align financing programs with industry standards and policies.
b) Ensure clear communication and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders for effective program execution.
- Operational Excellence & Governance
- Ensure all financing programs and portfolio management activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah principles.
- Establish clear guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control measures to mitigate operational risks.
- Optimize financing processes through automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee audits, governance frameworks, and regulatory reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
- People & Team Management
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs to drive team accountability and efficiency.
