Job Summary:

The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting customers to and from Bateriku’s bengkel, spare parts shop, or other designated locations. This role ensures a smooth and comfortable customer experience by maintaining a clean and well-functioning vehicle, assisting passengers, and communicating professionally. The Shuttle Driver also keeps trip logs, coordinates schedules with the service department, and reports any vehicle issues.

Job Description:

  • Safely transport customers to and from Bateriku’s bengkel, spare parts shop, or other designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and properly functioning shuttle vehicle.
  • Assist customers in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions or providing updates when necessary.
  • Adhere to traffic laws and company policies regarding driving and vehicle operation.
  • Keep a daily log of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
  • Coordinate with the service department to schedule shuttle trips efficiently.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs or mechanical issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Perform light clerical tasks, such as distributing service-related materials or collecting signatures when needed.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience (shuttle or customer service-related driving preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
