Job Summary

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all workshop operations, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. This role involves managing a team, ensuring work quality, maintaining inventory, enforcing safety regulations, and optimizing workshop performance.

  • Supervise all workshop activities, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance jobs.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of all jobs.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and adherence to repair protocols.
  • Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
  • Lead and manage a team of service advisors, admin & spare parts staff, senior technicians, and technicians.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the workshop.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
  • Manage workshop inventory, including tools, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Generate and analyze reports on workshop performance and efficiency.
  • Provide management with regular updates on workshop operations.

Requirement

  • Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a workshop or automotive service environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
